SEAPORT-E

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).  This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time.  The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities, including Naval Air Systems Command and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command.  Other activities, including the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.

JTA has proven performance in the domains of logistics, acquisition support, information technology (IT), and human capital development and management (HCDM)—earning us a reputation as a dependable small business resource that can satisfy its clients’ diverse and emerging requirements, on time and within budget.  JTA leverages its IT capabilities to fulfill requirements ranging from maintenance of the Joint Staff’s SharePoint network to establishing a database on which Marines in active theaters of operation around the globe were able to store, manage, and archive imagery. Also specializes in manpower, HCDM, and research capabilities to perform organizational assessments, manpower requirement studies, and human resources.

Quality Assurance Program

Utilizing the knowledge gained from managing multiple programs and our current experience providing program support, we developed this Quality Control Plan (QCP) to meet all SeaPort-e task quality requirements. Our QCP will facilitate mission success for all activities and allow daily work tasks to continue without disruption. Our QCP demonstrates how we will develop and produce high-quality services and support and manage any product or overcome service related deficiencies to complete the mission without failure in a timely and efficient manner and within budget parameters. Our QCP is intended to be proactive, ensuring the introduction of innovative mechanisms to continuously improve product and service delivery. We will identify and resolve quality issues without disruption. Upon Task Order award, our Program Manager (PM) and Quality Manager (QM) will review all contract quality requirements to ensure consistency with existing program standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production requirements. We regard our QCP as a living documents. We continuously review this plan, making adjustments as required and provide an updated QCP to the Government for review and approval. Quality assurance activities for Seaport-e will be comprehensive and continue through the tasking, planning, development and performance program phases.
